カナダ北部で先住民族イヌイットが道しるべとしている石像
"イラナーク"はイヌイットの言葉で「友人」を意味します。

【Introduction】
Whistler is a Canadian resort town in the southern Pacific Ranges
of the Coast Mountains in the province of British Columbia, Canada,
approximately 125 kilometres (78 mi) north of Vancouver.

Incorporated as the Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW),
it has a permanent population of approximately 9,965, plus a larger
but rotating "transient" population of workers, typically younger people
from beyond BC, notably from Australia and Europe.

【Introduction】

Toronto is the largest city in Canada and the provincial capital of Ontario.

【Introduction】
Vancouver is a coastal city located in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia, Canada.
It is named for British Captain George Vancouver, who explored the area in the 1790s.
The largest metropolitan area in Western Canada, Vancouver ranks third largest in the country and the city proper ranks eighth.

According to the 2006 census Vancouver had a population of just over 578,000
and its Census Metropolitan Area exceeded 2.1 million people.Its residents are ethnically diverse,
with 52% having a first language other than English.

【Introduction】
Sacramento is the capital of the State of California and the county seat
of Sacramento County.
Located along the Sacramento River and just south of the American River's
confluence in California's expansive Central Valley, it is the seventh
most populous city in California with a 2007 estimated population of 467,343.
Sacramento is the core cultural and economic center of its four-county
metropolitan area (El Dorado, Placer, Sacramento, and Yolo counties)
with a combined population of 2,103,956.
The Sacramento Metropolitan Area is the largest in the Central Valley,
